Why is there a call out fee, and why can’t very small services be done at home?
Travelling to your home takes time, fuel, and equipment to ensure your pet receives safe, professional care. For very small services far away from my base location, the travel and time involved (sometimes up to 90 minutes) can make a home visit impractical. The call-out fee helps cover these costs while allowing me to provide a high standard of care for all pets.
