About Andrea
Originally from Italy, Andrea qualified in Veterinary Medicine from Universita' Degli Studi Di Milano (Italy) in 2008. Driven by a love for travel and new experiences, he seized an opportunity to work in the UK.
From 2008 to 2011, Andrea worked for the Food Standards Agency (FSA) as an Official Veterinarian, focusing on meat controls and animal welfare. His passion has always been small animal practice, so in 2010 he relocated to the North West and joined a busy small animal hospital in West Lancashire, where he cared for cats, dogs, and small furries. Since then, he has dedicated himself to small animal medicine.
Official Veterinarian (OV)
As an Official Veterinarian (OV), Andrea is also certified to provide Animal Health Certificates (AHC) and Export Health Certificates (EHC) for your pet's travel needs. This ensures your furry friend meets all the necessary health requirements for international travel.
